TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Summer School Course Fee: The Summer School course fee payment is due 15 days after registration. Registrations after 23 June 2014 will require full payment within 24 hours via credit card from the ECPR website.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: In line with the Office of Fair Trading and EU Distance Selling regulations, there is a 7 day cooling off period following registration during which time you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund of the Summer School fee. This policy only relates to registration, other items purchased may not be subject to a refund.

Cancellation/withdrawal from Summer School after the 7 day cooling off period and before midnight UK time 31 May will receive a refund of 50%.

Cancellation/withdrawals received after the 7 day cooling off period and after 31 May will not be eligible for a refund.

Course Change Administration Fee: There is a €25 administration fee for any participant wishing to change their course after registration.

Payment by Bank transfer: If paying by bank transfer the invoice number must be included in the transaction details and payment received by ECPR within 14 days of registering, otherwise registration will be cancelled and details removed from the Summer School programme.

Invoices : Can be found by logging into your MyECPR account and opening the “My Invoices” section.

Visas/Confirmation of Participation: Letters confirming participation at the Summer School (e.g. for the purpose of obtaining visas) will only be issued once the participant has registered and paid.

MyECPR account : The participant’s email address in MyECPR will be used for all correspondence about the event.
