Participants
  • May attend only one Workshop during the event
  • Are expected to attend all Workshop sessions

Only one presenter will be permitted per Paper. If your Co-Author(s) plan(s) to attend, please contact your Workshop Director for approval.

Workshop Directors
  • Are expected to organise the timing of the presentations
  • Should share a detailed Workshop schedule with all participants well in advance of the event

Please ensure you are aware of the format of your Workshop. You can do this by checking the Workshop code in the Academic Programme:

  • EDI for in-person Workshops held at the University of Edinburgh
  • VIR for virtual Workshops

To help you and your colleagues feel as safe and comfortable as possible, we've put together this page containing essential health and safety guidelines, as well as some important practical information.

Our organising team at the University of Edinburgh have rounded up their recommendations here of where to stay, eat and drink around the city.

When arranging travel and accommodation, please ensure that your booking is refundable.

It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance. ECPR is not liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation made by participants.

We think that everyone deserves a positive event experience. Please take a few moments to read our Code of Conduct which outlines our expectations regarding the conduct of participants at all our events.
