Get started

Participants
  • May attend only one Workshop during the event
  • Are expected to attend all Workshop sessions

Only one presenter will be permitted per Paper. If your Co-Author(s) plan(s) to attend, please contact your Workshop Director for approval.

Workshop Directors
  • Are expected to organise the timing of the presentations
  • Should share a detailed Workshop schedule with all participants well in advance of the event

Please ensure you are aware of the format of your Workshop. You can do this by checking the Workshop code in the Academic Programme:

  • EDI for in-person Workshops held at the University of Edinburgh
  • VIR for virtual Workshops

We think that everyone deserves a positive event experience. Please take a few moments to read our Code of Conduct which outlines our expectations regarding the conduct of participants at all our events.

Get ready

  • All your Workshop sessions and plenary events have been automatically added to your Itinerary.
  • Your Itinerary is accessible through My Events in My ECPR and the event platform.
  • If you have an additional query regarding your Workshop schedule or a scheduling request, please contact your Workshop Director.
  • Times are displayed in local time (British Summer Time).

Please upload your Paper by Monday 11 April so that your fellow attendees have time to prepare comments and questions.

To upload

Your Paper must be in PDF format and in English.

  1. Head to My Events in your My ECPR account
  2. Click Manage Paper > Browse > Select your Paper > Open/OK > Upload
  3. Click View Document to ensure that it has been uploaded successfully

You can also use this facility to replace your Paper or remove it after the event.

Please note that uploading your Paper via My ECPR constitutes an agreement for ECPR to publish the Paper on this website.

Not a Zoom pro? Get started with the Attendee Controls guide.

Don't forget
  • If you are happy to be identified, make sure your name is clearly indicated in Zoom.
  • If you want other people to see you, keep your camera on.
