Sergio Fabbrini

Sergio Fabbrini is Dean of the Department of Political Sciences, and Professor of Political Science and International Relations, at Luiss University, where he holds the Jean Monnet Chair in European Institutions and Politics. Since 1996, he has been Recurrent Professor of Comparative Politics at the Department of Political Science and Institute of Governmental Studies, University of California at Berkeley. In 2004 he succeeded Giovanni Sartori as Editor of the Rivista Italiana di Scienza Politica, a post he held until 2009. By the end of 2016, he had published fifteen books, two co-authored books and nineteen edited or co-edited books or journal special issues, and hundreds of articles and essays in seven languages. He is editor of the daily financial newspaper Il Sole 24Ore

Thomas Christiansen

Thomas Christiansen joined Luiss Università Guido Carli as a Professor in the Political Science Department in September 2019. He previously held positions at Maastricht University, at the European Institute of Public Administration, at Aberystwyth University of Wales and at Essex University. He is Executive Editor of the Journal of European Integration and co-editor (with Sophie Vanhoonacker) of the ‘European Administration Governance’ book series at Palgrave Macmillan. He has published widely on different aspects of European Union politics. He recently co-authored, with Emil Kirchner and Uwe Wissenbach, The European Union and China (London: Palgrave, 2019) and co-edited, with Diane Fromage, Brexit and Democracy – The Role of Parliaments in the UK and the European Union (London: Palgrave, 2019).

Tasha Spedicato

Tasha Spedicato graduated in Political Science from Luiss University and holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management. She spent three years at Luiss School of Government as a project assistant focusing on Executive Programmes and external relations. Since October 2018, Tasha has worked at Luiss University's Political Science Department as associate project manager and Executive Assistant to Sergio Fabbrini.

Giulia Gallinella

Giulia Gallinella graduated in International Relations from the University of Aberdeen and is completing a second level master’s degree in European Law at Luiss University. She currently works in the Political Science Department of Luiss University as editorial manager for the Journal of European Integration, administrative assistant for the SGEU, and as a research assistant. In 2017, she completed a research internship programme at the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI).

Lorenzo Valeri is a Scientific Manager at Luiss Guido Carli where he coordinates the administrative activities of Luiss School of Government, Luiss School of Law and Luiss School of European Political Economy. Prior to joining Luiss, he was at Accenture and RAND Corporation. He has advanced degrees from King’s College London where he was a Chevening and EC Marie Curie scholar.
