About

Luis Locatelli currently works at the Center of Politics and Economics of the Public Sector (CEPESP), Fundação Getulio Vargas (Getulio Vargas Foundation). He received his M.A. in political science from the Federal University of Sao Carlos in 2017. He won the 2014 and 2016 Eduardo Kugelmas Award (Brazilian Political Science Association). Research Interests: political parties and party systems; party organizations in new democracies; elections; party membership; and latin american politics.
