I am a Professor of political science and Director of Sciences Po Grenoble-UGA, a Grande Ecole and one of the 10 Sciences Pos existing in France. As a member of the Executive Committee of the ECPR, after having been a member of the Training Sub-Comittee, I will chair the Events Sub-Committee (together with Daniela Irrera and Gianluca Passarelli) from 2021-2024. My research focuses on public policy and comparative politics, and more specifically on interest groups, theories of European integration, European public policies and institutions as well as the politics of law. I have recently published, with Fabien Terpan, 'The Court of Justice of the European Union and the Politics of Law' (Palgrave, 2017) and articles in journals such as Policy Sciences, Journal of Common Market Studies, Journal of European Public Policy, European Journal of Political Research, West European Politics and Political Studies. Currently, I am member of the EU3D consortium on Differentiation, Dominance and Democracy (https://www.eu3d.uio.no/) and co-direct a joint DFG-ANR research project with Miriam Hartlapp on Soft Law in the EU (EfSoLaw: https://www.efsolaw.eu/).
