I am a Ph.D. researcher at Berlin Graduate School for Global and Transregional Studies (BGTS), Free University of Berlin. My dissertation is about the European Commission's toleration of member states' noncompliance. Generally speaking, my research interests range from enforcement strategy of the European Commission, infringement procedure to the interplay between law and politics in the EU. Before my PhD, I obtained M.A from the College of Europe (Bruges) and SciencesPo Paris, and B.A from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
