Venue and location

The Faculty of Social Sciences campus is conveniently located in the city centre and within a 15-minute walk from the train station. From the train station, regular direct trains depart to Brussels Airport (14 minutes) and Brussels North Station (17 minutes) providing access to international high-speed train connections, with Amsterdam, London and Paris just a few hours away.

From the train station, follow Maria-Theresiastraat until it changes into Andreas Vesaliusstraat. Then follow the Andreas Vesaliusstraat up to the crossing with the Parkstraat. Turn right here. You will find the campus approximately 100m further on your right-hand side.

From the train station, take the bus no. 4, 5 or 6 and alight at the stop Remy on Andreas Vesaliusstraat. Follow Andreas Vesaliusstraat until it crosses with the Parkstraat. Then turn right. You will find the campus approximately 100m further on your right-hand side.

On the E40, follow the signs for E314 towards Hasselt/Genk/Leuven. Take exit 15 Leuven on the E314. You will arrive at the N264 Boudewijnlaan.

Turn right at the third set of traffic lights to merge onto the ringway around Leuven. At the ringway, choose the left traffic lane. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights (Naamsepoort) into the Naamsestraat. After around 600 m, turn right into Parkstraat. You will find the Faculty of Social Sciences approximately 100m further down this road. Please approach your contact within the faculty for the reservation of your parking space.

From Brussels Airport, it's best to reach Leuven by train. The train station is located in the basement (-1) of the passenger building. You can find more information about the timetable on the Belgian railway website. The train ride will take approximately 15 minutes.
