With access to pre-recorded lectures, annotated readings, exercises, and online social spaces, you'll have the flexibility and convenience to learn at your own pace.
A minimum of 3 hours of live teaching daily guarantees high-quality interaction with both your instructor and fellow participants, enriching your learning experience.
To maximise your learning experience, we've added useful features such as office hours and one-to-one chats with your Instructor.
With your very own digital environment, you'll have everything you need for a stress-free learning journey – at your fingertips.

If you attended our Methods School in the summer 2023 or winter 2024, you qualify for £45 off your course fee. For the discount to be applied automatically, register with the same email address used for the most recent Methods School event you attended.
If you are registering for multiple courses on the summer programme, you are eligible for a 5% discount on any additional course purchased. You can take up to four courses during the summer programme – a maximum of two each week.
Please be aware that combining courses will entail a heavier workload. All courses will require additional work on top of the teaching hours. Before you book, please read the course outlines thoroughly and make sure you are confident you can cope with the schedule.
If the course you would like to attend is fully booked, please get in touch with us to be added to a waitlist. We may repeat fully booked courses, subject to demand.
Thanks to our two funding streams, you could be funded to attend one Methods School course of your choice.
If your application is successful, we'll cover your registration fee for one course. If you have applied for funding, please do not make payment until you have heard about the outcome of your application.
Open to PhD students and early career scholars from ECPR Full Member institutions.
Available to individual scholars who are not eligible to apply for our standard event participant funding scheme.
