Know Before You Go

Currently in Slovakia only very few COVID-related measures are in place, such as wearing respirators in pharmacies and hospitals.

Respirators/face masks are no longer mandatory in public transport, institutions, etc. and we will not require them at the conference premises either.

When arranging travel and accommodation, please ensure that your booking is refundable.

It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance. ECPR is not liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation made by participants.  

We think that everyone deserves a positive event experience.

Please take a few moments to read our Code of Conduct which outlines our expectations regarding the conduct of participants at all our events.

Familiarise yourself with the event by viewing the Schedule at-a-glance and Timetable.

• All sessions in which you have a role have been automatically added to your itinerary.
• Add more sessions to your Itinerary by clicking the Add to Itinerary button in the Timetable.
• Your Itinerary is accessible through My Events.
• Times are displayed in local time (Central European Eastern Time).

For online sessions: A link to join the session will appear in your itinerary 15 minutes before the start of the session.
For in-person sessions: Session locations are indicated in your Itinerary under 'Buildings'.

Upon entering the building of the Faculty of Arts, Gondova 2 on Thursday morning:

• Head upstairs to the first floor and turn right
• You will see the entrance to the Atrium where the registration area is located

Coffee breaks, lunches and dinner will also be served here.

Registration starts at 08:45. Please sign the participants' list to receive your welcome pack for the conference.

When you present in a session with multiple presenters, please make sure your presentation is no longer than 15 minutes to leave enough room for discussion (planned for 10 minutes for each presentation).

In each room, a Conference Chair will moderate the session and keep an eye on the time.

Please make sure that you are in the room at least 10 minutes prior to your session start time.

Please email your slides to eurotlc2022@gmail.com at least 15 minutes ahead of your session so that you can easily access them from the computer in the room.
