Referral Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility for cashback

    1. The referrer (you) must be a registered participant for a ECPR Methods course 2025 and have paid the full registration fee without requesting a refund.

    2. The referred friend must:

      1. Register for a ECPR Methods course delivered from 24–28 March 2025 using the unique referral code

      2. Pay the full course fee

      3. Attend the course in 24–28 March 2025, in accordance with the terms of payment.

  2. Referral code usage

    1. The referral code must be entered at the time of registration. Codes cannot be added retrospectively after registration.

  3. Cashback payment

    1. Cashback will only be issued once the chosen course concludes and after the eligibility criteria in Section 1 has been verified for both the referrer and the referred friend.

    2. Payments will be processed within 45 days of the completion of the course.

  4. Number of referrals

    1. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. You will receive €50 for each friend who successfully registers, pays and attends the course.

  5. Refunds

    1. If the referrer cancels their registration or requests a refund, they will forfeit their eligibility for cashback rewards.

    2. Referred friends who cancel, or request refunds will also disqualify the referrer from receiving cashback for their registration.

  6. Programme changes

    1. ECPR reserves the right to amend or cancel the referral programme at any time (e.g., if a course is cancelled by ECPR, referral rewards will not be paid). Any changes will be communicated to participants.

  7. Cashback disbursement

    1. Cashback will be transferred to the referrer's account via their chosen payment method: either bank transfer or PayPal, upon completion and submission of a payment details form that will be sent to the referrer.

    2. The referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment details to receive the cashback.

  8. Questions or disputes
