Your itinerary is available on the event app and My Events in My ECPR. Panels in which you have a role have been automatically added.
Add sessions to your itinerary by clicking the calendar icon in the programme. The format of each Panel and activity is indicated as follows:

To sync your itinerary with your calendar, click the Export to Calendar button at the top of the itinerary page.
Please upload your Paper (PDF in English) well ahead of your presentation to give fellow panellists time to prepare comments and questions.
You can upload your paper via My Events in your My ECPR account. For step-by-step guidance, visit our Help Centre and view the Paper Upload Instructions article.
You can also use this facility to replace your Paper or remove it after the event. Contact us if you have questions about uploading your Paper.
By uploading your Paper via My ECPR, you agree to its publication on the event app for all registered participants. To share your Paper directly with fellow panellists, please email it to your Panel Chair.
If you are presenting a Paper, please bring your presentation on a laptop. We will be unable to accept presentations via email or USB.
Room allocations are indicated in the Building field on the programme in the event app and website. These can also be found once the Panel/activity has been added to your itinerary.
Collect your badge at the Faculty of International and Political Studies, Jagiellonian University at the following times:
Tuesday - Thursday: 08:00–18:00
Friday: 08:30–18:00
The busiest collection periods are 8:30–9:00 on Tuesday and break on the first day, we strongly encourage attendees to avoid arriving immediately before your first Panel, as you may not have sufficient time to register and reach your room.
A designated working room with power sockets will be available on the ground floor of the Faculty of International and Political Studies (room TBC). As this is a small space, access will operate on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
If you require a private room for a meeting, online session, or confidential work, please speak to a member of the Events Team, who will do their best to assist you.
Please note that the Faculty of International and Political Studies is fully air‑conditioned, while the Faculty of Middle and Far East is not.
All buildings are accessible via lifts or ramps, and accessible bathrooms are available throughout the venue. If you require further information about accessibility or need any adjustments to support your participation, please contact our team generalconference@ecpr.eu
Coffee and tea will be available during the scheduled breaks at refreshment points throughout both buildings, with exact locations to be confirmed. Lunch is not provided as part of the conference. Food vendors will be located in the car parks of both buildings, and a small cafeteria will operate from the entrance of Building TBC, offering a selection of light meals and snacks.
Water fountains are available throughout both buildings and attendees are encouraged to bring a reusable bottle to refill during the day. For those planning a longer break, a range of cafés and restaurants can be found a short distance from campus. A list of recommended local options is available on this page.
