Accommodation information

A hotel has been suggested by the local organisers for particpants attending the Joint Sessions to use.  The Hotel Gromada Warszawa Centrum. The Hotel is located in the city centre, and is a ten minute walk from the University. From this location participants can also enjoy the sights of Warsaw: the Old Town and visit the Royal Castle; the park in the Łazienki; the National Museum collection; the Copernicus Science Center; and the Palace of Culture.

The Hotel has 320 rooms, two restaurants and a bar, and offers three levels of accommodation – ‘business’, ‘standard’ and 'economic'.  However, we are not recommending the 'economic' room as the standard of the room is poor.

Bookings should be made using the reference: Joint Sessions Warsaw by 28 February; after this date availability cannot be guaranteed. Bookings should be made directly with the hotel through the Reservation Department by phone (+48) 22 582 94 00, fax (+48) 22 582 95 27 or e-mail with the heading "Joint Sessions Warsaw 2015": warszawahotel.centrum@gromada.pl.  Cash/credit card or prepayment transfer are accepted. All non-guaranteed reservations are kept until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival.  Each reservation is made at the written request.
