Leadership and followers: a tale of charisma and trust?

Abstract

This panel focuses on political leadership strategies and resources. In times of growing distrust with political actors, this panel proposes in particular to take stock of promising theoretical and empirical avenues to analyse populist leaders' personal characteristics, strategies and communication.
