Abstract

The reality around us changes impressively quickly. As academics, we are obliged to improve our research tools in order to maintain an adequate level of understanding of complex social realities. This panel brings together papers reflecting on innovative approaches to studying the varied instances, events and activities which fall into the wide category of transitional justice, using these new means to achieve different ends: application of new theoretical frameworks, answering previously unasked questions, and establishing connections between the theory and practice.
