Abstract

The panel brings together a set of papers that examines parliamentary discourses at the intersection between national and European politics. Its contributions cover the evolution of parliamentary discourse on EU enlargement, the Russian parliamentary discourse on Europe, as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the balance of power within the European Parliament.
