Abstract

What challenges can be found in the legislative process? There are important institutional and/or partisan factors that influence the decision-making process in national parliaments. This may be multi-level effects, presidential veto powers, government-opposition bargaining or other supermajority requirements. This panel focusses on research about these questions.
