Abstract

When and why do corporations lobby alone? How do corporations adapt their strategies to online environments and different political systems? Do they employ it for CSR initiatives and do they manage to gain access to policymakers? And how should governments regulate corporate lobbying? This panel taps into these various questions on the lobby activity of corporations and their involvement in policymaking.
