Abstract

In a context of war in Europe and revisionist policies, this panel looks at the contested international order and the EU’s repositioning in this, with a focus on the geopolitical turn in EU policies, what this means regarding its identity and policies, and how changes are reflected in issues such as strategic autonomy, multilateralism, and inter-institutionalism balances.
