Abstract

EU actorness has been shaped in different policy areas with different levels of success. Understanding the differentiated opportunities offered in distinct areas is thus relevant to understand the EU as an international actor. Engaging with the debates on EU actorness, this panel looks at different policy cases and issues, such as corruption, humanitarian aid or digital policies, to assess the EU’s global actorness regarding different issues.
