Abstract

In the shadow of the 2024 European Parliament election, the character of these elections and the links between voters and MEPs has gained greater attention. This panel examines these links from a variety of perspectives including campaign strategies, MEP responsiveness to public opinion, issue linkage, transparency, and the Europeanization of EP elections.
