Abstract

Digital policy and cybersecurity are becoming increasingly important (also) in the European Union. Indeed, the EU is emerging as a global first mover in digital policy. The papers in this panel engage with the governance of cybersecurity and digital policy and the associated risks, as well as with the regulation of such key issues as the protection of minors, public-private relations, and digital political campaigning.
