Abstract

The papers in this panel take different approaches to the study of Member States in EU policy-making. Some papers provide a broad comparative perspective, whereas others focus more intensively on a small number of Member States or even single case studies. Substantively, the papers focus on the national coordination of EU policies in comparative perspective, on policy transfer and the behaviour of small states, on bargaining success in the legislative process, and on the adaptation of decision-making processes to the recent crises.
