Abstract

The papers in this panel provide a diverse set of theoretical perspectives to the EU policy process. Some papers take a more general approach, looking at relational approaches in policy-making or seeking to refine established theoretical frameworks for the analysis of policy processes, such as the Multiple Streams Framework. Other papers provide theory-informed contributions to the measurement of regulation, or focus on more specific factors or processes, such as the role of power and ideas in policy reforms.
