Abstract

This panel takes a new look at archives and proposes alternative sources to uncover forgotten histories or lost voices. The papers explore who is missing from institutional archives and how they might be found, how archives can be reinterpreted, and new frameworks for approaching materials. As a result, alternative understandings of processes, theories and movements for social change can be brought to light.
