Getting Your Presentation Right: Designing and Delivering an Effective Academic Presentation

Abstract

This workshop is designed to help participants develop strong academic presentation skills, from outlining the content of a talk and designing effective PowerPoint slides to delivering the presentation in front of an audience. Participants are encouraged to bring their own presentation to the workshop and use the hands-on exercises to fine-tune it.
