Abstract

In the panel papers will be presentated and discussed which are based on the same sources - namely two surveys focussed on mayors of municipalities with more than 10 000 inhabitants in most European countries. As these surveys were caried out in 2002-04 and 2014-15 and most of the questions asked in them are similar the collected data allow to analyse changes fover the last decade.
