Conflict and Authoritarianism

Abstract

This panel explores the different relationships that exist between authoritarianism at the domestic level and both internal and international conflict. The papers on the panel explores the implications that authoritarianism has for the onset and nature of conflict, as well as the implications that conflict has on the nature of the authoritarian regime.
