The EU Research Agenda: Paradigms, Policies and Actors

Abstract

The place of grand theory in the study of European integration may have diminished, yet the requirement for robust theoretical explanation of integration (and disintegration) processes remains. New policy approaches and strategies adopted by a range of different actors provide the opportunity to study what is going on through different perspectives. This panel explores what can be learned from European integration today.
