Abstract

This panel brings together papers that examine the relationship between institutional design and social policy outcomes. The papers make use of novel approaches in order to contribute to contemporary debates about best practice in European social policy. The issues addressed in the papers include: access to benefits and access to care; family policy and career-interruptions; and customer evaluations of welfare.
