Elite Political Communication

Abstract

This section explores political elites' use and misuse of communication strategies and technology to achieve their goals. Media and medium extend from the the traditional spoken work to the contemporary use of social media; actors range from the producers fo political communication to the consumers. This panel addresses dynamic relationship between elites and their use of political communication from theoretical and empirical perspectives.
