Abstract

How have national representations of the migration crisis transformed notions of legitimacy in the EU. How have they impacted the kind of policies adopted? How have they affected attitudes towards migrants, as well as media coverage of the ciris. Finally, how have these representations enabled governance choices such as the inclusion of Turkey in the EU governance framework.
