Abstract

Mixed-multi-method designs are considered to add value at different stages of the research process and its various objectives from theory testing to theory development. This panel therefore invites papers that discuss the contribution of mixed-and-multi-approaches, for instance, to concept formation, case selection, or the strengthening of our understanding of the linkages between potential causes and their underlying mechanisms.
