Abstract

This panel will consider several issues concerning global justice: distributive global justice, cosmopolitan rights for refuges, the legal status of corporations and the enforceability of international and cosmopolitan rights. The panel will examine these dimensions of global justice by reference both to Kant’s texts and by a re-evaluation of Kant’s answers to these issues from the perspective of today’s context.
