Abstract

Like in Oslo in 2017 and Hamburg 2018, we want to discuss the particular vantage that political science provides to study energy transitions. We want to focus specifically on the need to work together with socio-technical approaches coming from STS, transition and innovation studies on the one hand, end energy economics analysing techno-economic processes on the other. What does a specifically political perspective contribute and what are the challenges of interdisciplinary endeavours?
