Abstract

The papers attributed to this panel explore contemporary trends in Higher Education. Among them, attention is given to ongoing debates on the best strategies to ‘decolonise’ the curriculum and expand the geographical reach of syllabi to study a wider range of countries and thinkers, how gender differences are reproduced through the recruitment process of higher education, or how design thinking can innovate and better address the needs of diverse and interdisciplinary groups.
