Abstract

This panel explores a range of issues relating to climate governance and role of various actors in national and international climate regimes. Papers discuss research set in India, China, Mexico and Indonesia and offer analyses of how power relations, identities, discourses and impacts shape decision making on climate mitigation and state participation in global climate negotiations.
