This paper argues that the transformation process in the Arab World will be a new opportunity between Turkey and EU relations. This process will be tangible clue for Turkey and EU for their cooperation in the region. Turkey and EU needs each other in the region if they want more economically and politically stable countries in the region. Turkey should focus again its own reform process and EU should give a powerful signal to Turkey for the membership in the near future. Otherwise this ne process which is contain very high potential can be ended suddenly.
