The subject of elderly care has even increasing concern in the world in terms of the policy, making process and practice. Because of this concern, to reduce family members of elderly person’s burden, nursing homes or similar institutions continue to open. Although increasingly number of aged care institutions have been come into play in Tukey, mostly elderly care is offered by family members at home. This situation certainly related to the local culture of Turkey. Generally, women offering care service for elder in need of care with making self-sacrifice. In this study, we focus on the women offering care service to their elderly family members. The aim of this study is to find out caretaker women’s general profile, problems and their information about elderly care policy in Turkey. In this study with using qualitative the 15 nurse women inhabiting Istanbul, Kocaeli and Yalova have been met. All data are analyzed by MAXQUDA11 which is one of the qualitative analyses programs.
