The comparative analysis of social networks is still in its infancy, and this applies even more to the comparative analysis of inter-organizational networks. In this paper we discuss some analytic strategies that might help us advance in this endeavor. We illustrate our argument drawing upon data on networks of migrants’ organizations, collected between 2006-2009 in a number of European cities.
