The present paper will focus on the perception of the discourse of European integration and image of Europe in political reality and public discussion in Poland and Ukraine and on its changes since Poland joined EU. How the concept of European integration is conceptualized in the national and public political debates in Poland before joining EU and how is it changed now? What is the difference in using such concepts by Polish and Ukrainian political elites?
