Politics and International Relations are part of the School of History, Anthropology, Philosophy and Politics. It is the largest institutional centre for the study of these subjects in Ireland and one of the largest in the UK. We have five areas of distinctive research strength: Comparative Politics (elections, political parties, conflict, EU politics), Governance and Public Policy, Political Theory, and International Relations.
