ECPR mourns the passing of Queen Elizabeth II

ECPR is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. Today, we join many across the world in honouring her extraordinary life.

Since taking the throne, Her Majesty The Queen visited many university campuses across the UK and the Commonwealth, including the University of Essex in 1985 and 2004, the birthplace and former home of our organisation. She defined an era, leading the nation through monumental social, cultural and political change during her seven-decade reign.

We express our deepest condolences to the members of the Royal Family.
