Research Network on
US Foreign Policy Research NetworkThe US foreign policy research network takes a wide-ranging approach to its subject matter. We welcome members who are interested in any area of contemporary US foreign policy, broadly defined to include diplomacy, security and trade/economic policy.
Our key objective in establishing the network is to create an institutional framework that encourages and facilitates greater interaction and collaboration between academics working on US foreign policy inside and outside continental Europe by creating and sponsoring activities that bring them together. To that end the group is led by steering committee made up of members from different institutions with at least one from an institution in continental Europe and one from an institution outside continental Europe.
In the first instance, the group aims to establish workshops and sections in the Joint Sessions of Workshops and the General Conference.
The group will also explore the possibility of holding stand-alone workshops, symposia and research-student focused events.
