Dr Alexandre Christoyannopoulos is Reader in Politics and International Relations at Loughborough University, Editorial Assistant for Global Society (a journal based at the University of Kent), and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is the author of Christian Anarchism (Imprint Academic, 2010), Tolstoy’s Political Thought (Routledge, 2020) as well as a range of chapters and articles on religious anarchism and on Leo Tolstoy which have appeared in, for example, Politics and Religion, Critical Review of International Social and Political Philosophy, Anarchist Studies and The Heythrop Journal. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the forthcoming Journal of Pacifism and Nonviolence: https://brill.com/view/journals/jpn/jpn-overview.xml. He also co-edited a multi-volume collection of Essays on Anarchism and Religion (Stockholm University Press).
