Hi! I am full professor of Contesting Europeanization at the Department of Political Science, Radboud University, the Netherlands. My research focuses on norm contestations in the field of body and identity politics, gender, LGBTI rights, EU and comparative regionalism (Europe, Africa and Latin America). I have co-edited a Special Issue of Political Studies Review on gender in EU external relations in times of crisis, with Hanna Muehlenhoff and Natalie Welfens; and a Special Issue of Politics and Governance on Trans*Politics: current challenges and contestations, with Mieke Verloo.
