🎓 I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Political and Administrative Sciences at the University of Wroclaw. 🔰 My passion lies in the realm of research and science, and I have authored numerous scientific and analytical articles within this domain. My research primarily focuses on public administration, political and administrative systems, civil service, policy planning, public management, as well as state policy and its intersections with education, youth, and social welfare. ⭕️ Since 2016, I have proudly served as the founder of one of the largest youth and educational organizations in Georgia. 🖇 Additionally, I have worked as a consultant specializing in organizational development and management issues. 👤 In the realm of non-formal education, I have conducted hundreds of training sessions and spearheaded various educational projects, summits, and certificate courses.
