I am a scientific associate at GESIS Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences, Team CEWS, working in the EU-funded project UniSAFE (2021-2024, Horizon 2020). My research interests cover gender equality policy in science in the EU, gender-based violence and gender stereotypes in academia, feminist institutionalism, and evaluation of institutional change in universities and research organisations. I am also a doctoral candidate at the Paderborn University, Department of Sociology, writing my dissertation on "The Pitfalls of Essentialism for Gender Equality Measures in STEM Universities".
