E. Carina H. Keskitalo is Professor of Political Science at the Department of Geography, Umeå University, Sweden, Her work has focused on the politics of the development of the Arctic as an international region, and on environmental policy and governance, conceptions of nature, and climate change adaptation in comparative context.
