I am responsible for the public administration platform/agenda at the political party “PASOK- Kinima Allagis”, the social democratic at the Greek parliament. I work at the Hellenic Ministry of Administrative Reform. I have served in the Strategic Planning Unit of the Ministry. Between 2010 and 2012 I served as Head of the Better Regulation Office of the General Secretariat of the Government, responsible for drafting the Greek law on Better Regulation (Law 4048/2012). I have worked in public sector reform projects in several countries (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Syria, Moldova, Armenia, Albania). I was a national expert in a twinning program of the Greek Parliament with the Serbian Parliament (2012-2014). In this context, among others, I drew up the program and participated as a rapporteur in programs familiarizing members of the Serbian Parliament with the procedures for transposing EU law. I have been a representative of Greece in the OECD’s committee for Good Governance and Better Regulation from 2006 to 2014. I have been teaching the course on Better Regulation in the Greek National School of Public Administration since 2009. I am a rapporteur for Better Regulation, simplification of procedures and human resource management at the Institute Training of Public Employees. In this context, she has participated as a rapporteur in the programs "Training of Managing Executives" and "Education of Chiefs of Departments for Effective Public Administration" and in distance learning programs. I have also taught public administration issues at seminars organized by the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA - Maastricht). I have also participated as a trainer in training programs for civil servants of the Cyprus Academy of Public Administration.
